along with a bid bond of not less than 2% of the bid amount in the
form of C.P.O. Bid submission date will be April 4, 2006 up to 12:00
noon and will be opened at 2:00 P.M. local time same day, in the
presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
CWCTDE reserves the right to reject or accept all bids without
