Ethiopia Telecommunication
Corporation (ETC) (FIXED LINE Legehar building) Invites Sealed Bid
from eligible bides for the procurement of furniture to s/region
(Shashemene).
1. The
tender remains floating from March 16, 2006 until to April 4, 2006.
Bid documents can be obtained form ETC’s (FIXED LINE) legehar
Building 3rd floor, Office Room No. 332 during office
hours at Room No. 206 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr
30.00 ( Thirty Birr). Bidders should submit all of their renewed
original license & VAT Certificate with copies (if they are
registered) when they come to obtain the bid document.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, security of Birr 2,000 (Birr Two
Thousand).
3.
The Bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque ( CPO ) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bond issued by a recognized Bank
4. Bidders
who wish to submit bid bond in the form of cash are required to
deposit to ETC (fixed line) Legehar Building under ground casher
before April 4, 2006 at 5:00 P.M. and produce the receipt during the
bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at 3rd floor, Room No. 312 on or before
April 4, 2006 at 5:00 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at ETC (fixed line) Legehar Building 4th
floor Room No. 420 on April 5, 2006 at 2:00 P.M.
7. Partial
bid is allowed.
