Description

I.B.C invites Contractors of Grade RC/GC. 5 or above for maintenance of Asphalt.

1.      The Institute of Biodiversity Conservation I.B.C. in Addis Ababa, invites wax-sealed bid from eligible bidders for furnishing the necessary labour, materials and equipment for the maintenance of asphalt treated circulation and parking street, estimated to be 1200-1500m², in the compound.

2.       A bidding document shall be purchased against payment of non-refundable Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr).

3.      All bids must be accompanied by one original and one print our copy and bid security in CPO of 1% of the bid amount.

Tender documents must be deposited in a tender box prepared for this purpose.

4.      Bidders should clearly put their cost both numerically and in words.

5.      Bidders should give their maintenance costs for total area and one square mater and should include 15% VAT on the Summary of the price.

6.      Bidders are advised to visit the site at the compound before giving price quotations for the maintenance work.

7.      Tender closing date is 4^th April 2006 at 4:30.

8.      Tender opening date 5^th April 2006 at 9:00.

9.      The Institute reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
