Description

To: All contractors of Category GC/BC class 1 with valid license for this year.

1. The Ministry of Youth & Sports has funds within the Employer’s budget to be used for the procurement of Sport Academy Complex.
2. The Ministry of Youth & Sports invites sealed bids from eligible bidders of GC/BC class 1 for the provision of Sport Academy complex at Addis Ababa.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Construction Design Share Company and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 9:00 A.M. to 16:30 P.M. local time.
5. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased as of Ginbot 4, 1998 by interested bidders at the address below at 7(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 4,150 (Four Thousand One Hundred Fifty).
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before 12:00 A.M. hrs. Sene 6, 1998. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 100,000. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(d) 14:30 P.M. hrs. Sene 5, 1998.
