President’s
Office of the Somali Regional State invites all eligible bidders for
the supply of office equipment.
Bidders shall
furnish evidences of currently renewed licenses & that they have
paid up all Gov’t taxes. In addition, they have to furnish Valued
Added Tax (VAT) registration certificates, certificate from the
Ministry of Finance specifying that they have registered in the
suppliers’ list. Bid documents can be obtained from President’s
Office Room No. 35 against the payment of non-refundable amount of
ETB 100 on working hours starting May 9, 2006. Bidders are requested
to submit their bids on or before May 22, 2006, 3:00 P.M. local
time. The bid will be opened in the President’s office in the
presence of bidders or their authorized representatives on May 25,
2006.

Partial bids
are not acceptable. The Somali Regional State President’s office
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
