Description

1. Sustainable Water Harvesting and Institutional Strengthening in Amhara (SWHISA) is a capacity building undertaking of the Governments of Amhara and Canada. It has allocated funds to be used for the procurement of:
    

2. SWHISA invites interested and eligible bidders for the supply of : networking equipment & accessories for computer network and surveying equipment.
3. Bid documents can be obtained from SWHISA Central Coordinating Office, Alma Building, Room No. G09 Bahir Dar during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr only).
4. All bids must be accompanied by bid Security equivalent to 1% of the total offered value. The bid security can be in the form of bank Guarantee, CPO, certified cheque or insurance bond.
5. Bidders should present currently renewed trade license, VAT registration certificate, TIN and suppliers registration certificate.
6. The price quoted shall be CIF Bahir Dar in local currency Birr.
7. The offer should be prepared in two: Original and one copy and is should be properly marked, addressed, wax-sealed and stamped.
8. All bid shall be delivered to SWHISA Central Office, Alma Building Room No. G09, Bahir Dar or P.O. Box 325, Bahir Dar.
9. Bid closing date shall be on the 21^st calendar day counted from the date of the announcement (day 1) on The Ethiopian herald at 12 O’clock.
10. Bids will be opened at 2:00 P.M. of the bid closing date in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend.
