1. Tender documents will be on sale from the Share Company’s head office at Nathareth or from our co-ordination office Addis Ababa (in front of the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia St. Joseph Branch) upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred) for each bid.
2. Bidders should submit their offers in wax-sealed envelope up to July 1, 2006 at the address mentioned on No. 1 above.
3. Bidders should enclose a refundable bid bond 2% of their total price in a form of CPO.
4. Bidders should submit their Certificate of Value Added Tax.
5. The tender will be closed on July 1, 2006 at 9:00 A.M. and opened on the same date July 1, 2006 at 9:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at our co-ordination office (Addis Ababa in front of the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia St. Joseph Branch)
6. The Share Company reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
