Notice of Invitation for the
Consultancy Services for the Detailed Engineering Design and Tender
Document Preparation of Genale River Bridge Project
- The office
of the Road Fund Administration of the Federal Democratic Republic
of Ethiopia (FDRE) has allocated sufficient budget towards the
cost of Consultancy Services for the Detailed Engineering Design
and Tender Document Preparation of Genale River Bridge Project and
intends to apply a portion of this budget to eligible payments
under this Contract.
- The
Ethiopian Roads Authority invites all local Consultants registered
at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development (MOFED) under
the prevailing Finance Regulation issued by the Council of
Ministers for the Consultancy Services of the above mentioned
project.
- The
Consultants should renew their registration License for 1998
Ethiopian Calendar.
- Interested
consultants may obtain further information and collect the Request
for Proposal Document from Ethiopian Roads Authority,
Headquarters, 2nd floor, Room No. 204, Fax 251-1-551 00
82, Tel. 011 515 30 15.
- The REP can
be purchased as of May 18, 2006 upon presentation of a
Registration Certificate from MOFED, VAT Registration Certificate
and on submission of a written application to the General Manager
of ERA and upon payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 150 made
payable to Ethiopian Roads Authority.
- The document
for the subject project should be prepared in one original and
four copies and must be submitted to the General Manager office,
Ethiopian Roads Authority, P.O. Box 1770, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia,
Fax 251-1-551 48 66, Tel. 011-515 66 03 on or before July 3, 2006
at 2:30 P.M.
- The
proposals will be opened immediately after the closing time for
submission in presence of ERA’s Contract Award Committee (CAC) &
Consultant’s representatives who wish to attend.
- A Proposal,
which is received late, will not be considered.
- ERA reserves
the right to reject or accept any or all proposals.
