Ethiopian
Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the Procurement of Leather Shoes for Men and
Women.
- The tender
remains floating from May 15, 2006, until June 5, 2006. Bid
documents can be obtained from ETC’s Head Office Room No. 207
during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr
30:00 (Thirty Birr). Bidders should submit their renewed original
license & VAT certificate with copies (if they are registered)
when they come to obtain the bid documents.
- Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, bid security in the amount of
Birr 5, 000 (Birr Five Thousand).
- The Bid bond
must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank, or
c)
Bank guarantee from recognized Bank.
- Bidders who
wish to submit bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to ETC’s Head Office 3rd floor Room No. 311
before June 6, 2006, 10:00 A.M. and produce the receipt during the
bid opening.
- Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at 1st floor Room No. 112 on or before
June 5, 2006, 5:00 P.M.
- Bids will be
opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at ETC’s Head Office Room No. 111 on June 6, 2006
at 10:00 A.M.
- Partial bid
is allowed.
- The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
