Potential bidders who
have renewed their licenses for the year 1998 EC and VAT registered
may obtain bid documents during working hours from the address shown
below against payment of non-refundable Birr 50.
Ø
All bids must be
accompanied with bid bond amounting to two percent (2%) of the offer
in the form of bank guarantee or CPO.
Ø
Bids should be
submitted to REST Liaison Office, Addis Ababa, Bole Road, near
Meskerem Supermarket building, in wax-sealed envelope before or on
the closing date. The closing date will be on 23 May 2006 at
5:00 P.M. local time.
Ø
Bids will be opened on
25 May 2006 at 3:00 P.M. in the presence of bidders or their
representatives who prefer to attend at REST office, Mekelle,
Tigray.
Ø
REST reserves the
right to accept or reject the bid.
