The
Upper Awash Agro Industry Enterprise (UAAIE) invites interested and
eligible bidders to bid for the supply of:
1.
Plant and Machineries
·
Interested eligible
bidders who have registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) and renewed
their Trade License for the year 1998 E.C. may obtain the bidding
documents from UAAIE’s co-ordination office, Kirkos Kifle Ketema,
Keble 03, House No. 0031, (behind Global Hotel) during office hours
upon payment of non-refundable Birr 100 (Birr Hundred).
·
Bidders shall furnish
as part of their bid, bid security in an amount equivalent to 2% of
the aggregate price. The bid bond must be payable to Upper Awash
Agro Industry Enterprise in CPO or Bank guarantee.
·
The tender remains
floating up to June 3, 2006.
·
Bidders should submit
their offers in a wax-sealed envelope to UAAIC co-ordination office,
Kirkos Kifle Ketema, Kebele 03, House No. 003 before or on June
3, 2006 up to 8:30 A.M. local time.
·
Bids received in time
and fulfilling the required formalities will be opened in the
presence of interested bidders or their representatives at 9:00 A.M.
local time on June 3, 2006 at UAAIE’s co-ordination office in
Addis Ababa.

UAAIE reserves the
right to accept to reject any or all bids.
