Description

1. The Ethiopian Airports Enterprise (EAE) invites eligible special Contractors suppliers with renewed license for the current budget year, VAT registration evidence and registration certificate from Ministry of Finance and Economic Development for which they are registered on the suppliers list to submit proposals for the supply install and commissioning of CCTV camera system for the Addis Ababa Bole International Airport.
    
2. Bidders should have a relevant experience in similar works.
    
3. A complete set of the RFP can be purchased by interested bidders from Ethiopian Airports Enterprise upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 400 (Four Hundred Birr).
    
4. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 100, 000 (One Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of C.P.O.
    
5. Wax-sealed envelopes containing an original and a copy of the bid document shall be delivered to EAE Purchasing and Logistic Administration Department on or before June 15, 2006, up to 10:00 A.M. and will be opened on the same date and time. Late bids will be rejected.
