Description

 To: all contractors of category GC/class 1 & with valid license for this year

1. The Ministry of Education has funds within the Employer’s budget to be used for the procurement of Waste Water Drainage System of main campus and Agricultural College of Jimma University.
2. The Ministry of Education invites sealed bids from eligible bidders of GC class 1.
3. Bidding will be conduct in accordance with the open international Tendering Procedures contained in the public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Construction Design Share Company and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 9:00 hrs. to 16:30 hrs local time.
5. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased as of Ginbot 10, 1998 E.C. by interested bidders at the address below at 7(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 1,395.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7 (c) at or before 12:00 hrs. on 2/10/98. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 100,000. Late bid shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who chosen to attend at the address below at 7 (d) at 14:30 hrs. on 2/10/98 E.C.
