- Potential
bidders who have renewed their licenses for the year 1998 EC and
VAT registered may obtain bid documents during working hours from
the address below against payment of non-refundable Birr 50.
- All bids
must be accompanied with bid bond amounting to two percent (2%) of
the offer in the form of bank guarantee or CPO.
- Bids should
be submitted to REST Liaison Office, Addis Ababa, Bole Road, near
Meskerem Supermarket building, in wax-sealed envelope before or on
the closing date. The closing date will be opened on 30 May
2006 at 5:00 P.M. local time.
- Bids will be
opened on 1 June 2006 at 3:00 P.M. in the presence of
bidders or their representatives who prefer to attend at REST
office, Mekelle, Tigray.
- REST
reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.
