State /AWWCE/ has invited bidders for the supply of Vehicles and
Equipment.

Bidders are
invited for the supply of the above vehicles and Equipment to be
purchased on local currency (Birr).
Bidders should
present currently renewed Trade license, VAT Registration
Certificate and Payment receipt of Inland Revenue for 1998 Ethiopian
Calendar Year, when coming to purchase the Tender Dossier. All bids
must be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of CPO not less than
2% of the total bid price.
All bids shall
be sealed and delivered to AWWCE’S office at Bahir Dar.
Bid closing
date shall be on the 30th day after announcement at 4:00
P.M. and opened on the same day at 4:30 P.M. local time in Bahir Dar
in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives
at the Office of AWWCE.
If the bid opening date is holiday, opening date will be the next
working day at 9:00 A.M. Local Time.

Bidding
document may be obtained from the office mentioned above upon
