Ethiopian Insurance Corporation invites all interested and eligible
bidders for the supply of Personal Computers, UPS and other
accessories:
Notice:
1.
The bidders are open to those who have renewed relevant
license, registration of suppliers certificate from Ministry of
Finance and Economic Development and have registered for Value Added
TAX (VAT).
2. Interested
bidders can purchase a complete set of bid documents upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr only) at 7the floor Room
No. 703 of the Head Office.
3. Bidders
shall furnish a bid security of Birr 4,500 (Four Thousand Five
Hundred Birr Only) in the form of a certified cheque or CPO or
Insurance bond.
4. The
bid must be delivered to General Service Department, Ethiopian
Insurance Corporation Head Office Building, 7th floor
Room No. 703, on or before June 9, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. and the bids
will be opened on the same date in EIC Conference Room at 2:30 P.M.
in the presence of the bidders/representatives.
5. The
successful bidders shall furnish the performance bond of 10% in the
form of CPO or insurance bond.
6. Interested

7.
The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all bids.
