Enterprise (UAAIE) invites interested and eligible bidders to bid
for the following Packing Materials:

Interested eligible bidders who have registered for Value Added Tax
(VAT) and renewed their Trade License for the year 1998 E.C. may
obtain the bidding documents from UAAIE’s co-ordination office,
Kirkos Kifle Ketema, Keble 03, House No. 0031, (behind Global Hotel)
during office hours upon payment of non-refundable Birr 100 (Birr
Hundred).
Bidders have the option to bid for any one or more items.
Bidders shall furnish as part of their bid, bid security in an
amount equivalent to 2% of the aggregate price. The bid bond must
be payable to Upper Awash Agro Industry Enterprise in CPO or Bank
guarantee.
The tender remains floating up to June 23, 2006.
Bidders have to submit at least Fifteen PCs of Externally Plain
Flat Cans with corresponding top and bottom lids (Three graphed
samples will not be accepted.
Bidders should submit their offers in a wax-sealed envelope to UAAIC
co-ordination office, Kirkos Kifle Ketema, Kebele 03, House No. 003
before or on June 23, 2006 at UAAIE’s co-ordination office in
Addis Ababa.
Bids received in time and fulfilling the required formalities will
be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at 10:00 A.M. local time on June 23, 2006 at
UAAIE’s co-ordination office in Addis Ababa.
UAAIE reserves the right to accept to reject any or all bids.
