The Enterprise
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
3. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested
bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One
Hundred Birr).
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of
the total bid amount and must be delivered to AADE Office at Awassa
before the closing time and date.
5. Bidders
will be responsible for delivering their bids on or before the
deadline shown above to the address specified in clause 4 above.
6. Bids
will be closed at 2:00 P.M. on June 14, 2006 at AADE office Awassa.
7. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their
representatives who choose to attend at 2:15 P.M. on June 14, 2006
at AADE L office Awassa. |
