RE-INVITATION
Akaki Metal Products Factory invites all interested and eligible
bidders to bid or the supply of:
-
PIPE
SOCKETS……….246,000 PCS
I.
Bid document can be
obtained from the Factory during office hours against a
non-refundable payment of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) from the date
of the issuance of this bid on The Ethiopian Herald.
II.
All bids must be
accompanied by a bid security of USD 800:- or in an equivalent
amount of convertible currency before or on the closing date in the
form of Bank Guarantee Counter Guaranteed by Commercial Bank of
Ethiopia, which is unconditional Irrevocable and payable upon
buyer’s first written demand, C.P.O. or cash only. (Insurance Bond
is not acceptable).
III.
Bidders should submit
their offers in wax-sealed envelopes to the Factory before or on
June 15, 2006, 10:00 A.M. local time.
IV.
Bid will be opened in
the presence of bidders or their legal representatives on June 15,
2006, 10:30. local time.
V.
The Factory reserves
the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
