To
all contractors of Category GC/BC class 7 and above both renewed
license valid for the year 1998 E.C. and Summary Registration in the
Tigray Region of industry, Trade and Transport.
1.
Tigray Regional Health
Bureau has received a grant from DPPC for the construction works of
Sheglil Health Post
Central Health Post and
Emba Gala Health Post and now
invites wax-sealed bids from eligible bidders for providing the
necessary labour, material and equipment for the construction and
completion of the above project in Tigray Regional State Western
Zone.
2. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidder on the submission of a written application to the
office of Tigray Regional Health Bureau and upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred Birr) for each from
19/05/2006. Additional set of documents may be purchased at the same
price.
3. Bidders
may obtain further information from, and inspect and acquire the
bidding documents, at the above office Tel. 04 40 02 22
4.
All bids must be
accompanied by a bid security in the form of CPO or bank Guarantee
of 1% of the bid amount and must be submitted on or before 12:00
A.M. on 20/06/2006.
5.
Bids will be opened
and read in the presence of bidders or their authorized
representatives who choose to attend on the same date and place at
2:30 P.M. at the office of Tigray Regional Health Bureau.
6. Wax-sealed
bid documents (1 original & 2 copy) shall be delivered to office of
Tigray Region Health Bureau, Mekelle Room Number 36 on or before at
the same day.
7.
All contractors must
have Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate.
8. The
construction of the project shall be completed within a maximum of
90 Calendar days from the commencement of the work.
9.
Bidders re requested
to fill all the necessary details in the schedules.
10.
The Bureau reserves
the right to reject any or all bids.
