Tikur Anbassa Specialized Hospital
(TASH) invites interested eligible bidders for the supply of
different kinds of medical equipment and supplies.
1.
Bidders must present registration certificate from Ministry
of Finance and
Economic Development specifying that they have
registered in suppliers list
and VAT registration certificate from Inland
Revenue Authority.
2.
Bidders must also present evidence that confirm renewed trade
license,
settlement of Inland Revenue and other trade
taxes.
3.
Bidders must submit bid bond of Birr 3,000 (Three Thousand
Birr) to be
eligible as bidders.
4.
Bids shall be submitted in to two separate sealed envelopes
i.e, technical as
well as financial proposal.
5.
All bid documents should be delivered and inserted into the
tender box at
TASH
Procurement Department Office, Room number B 112 before June 19,
2006, 2:00 P.M. local time.
6.
Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their
representatives on June
19, 2006 at 2: 30 P.M. local time.
7.
TASH reserves the right to reject any or all bids. For
