To: all consulting engineers & architect t category 4 & above with
registration certificate issued from the Ministry of Works and Urban
Development valid for 2006 & valid registration certificate from the
Ministry of Finance & Economic Development for the year 1998 E.C. to
conduct consultancy services.
1. The
Bishoftu City Administration invites sealed bids from eligible
Consulting Engineers & Architects to conduct Supervision & Contract
Administration services for phase one Bishoftu City Administration
office and multipurpose Hall.
2. Interested
bidders may obtain Terms of Reference from the date of publication
of this notice until the 21st date against payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 400 from the office of Bishoftu City
Administration Room No. 23.
3.
All bids must be
accompanied by a bid security 2% of the bid amount in an acceptable
form (Band guarantee or C.P.O.) & must be delivered to Bishoftu City
Administration before or on 21st date at 9:00 A.M. in the
morning.
4.
Bids will be opened in
the presence of those bidders or legal representatives who choose to
attend on the same date at the office of Bishoftu City
Administration Room No. 23 at 10:00 A.M.
5.
The Bishoftu City
Administration reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
