The Ethio-Libyan Joint Agricultural Company- In Liquidation would
like to sell the following items:
Lot A: Office, Stores and Workshop Building Complex located in
Bureau
at 13
Km from Addis Ababa
Lot B: Various
types of Motor Vehicles
Lot C: Office
Furniture and Equipment
Lot D: Apiaries
(Different locations)
Tender Conditions
1. Bid
must be make for each Lot.
2. All
bids must be submitted in wax-sealed envelope and the envelope
should indicated the lot tendered for.
3.
All bids should be
accompanied with a 2% bid bond of the bid amount in the form of CPO
or Bank Guarantee.
4.
All sales are final
and ownership transfer fees and VAT on items purchased are the
responsibilities of he purchaser and goods are sold on “AS IS”
“WHERE IS” basis at the different sited of Company.
5. Bidding
documents with specific details can be purchased upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 50 for all category of items from Room
No. 8.
6. Deadline
for submission of bid is 15 days from the first day of the
publication at 4:00 P.M. local time and bid will be opened
officially on the next day at 10:00 A.M.
7. Interested
bidders are allowed to inspect items before-hand during working
hours.
8. Bidders
who are notified as winners should pay and collect the items within
7 days of notification Winning Bidders who do not pay within 7 days
of notification will forfeit their bid bonds.
9. The
Company reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
