valid for the year (2006) and VAT registered.
1. The
Ethiopian Evangelical Church Mekane Yesus-Development and Social
Services Commission and the Lutheran World Federation/Department for
World Service-Ethiopian Program (EECMY-DASSC and LWF/DWS-ET) invites
wax-sealed bids from eligible bidders for furnishing the necessary
labour, material and equipment for the Construction of Two Health
Post and One Veterinary Clinic at, Kocher Kebele, Kalarago Kebele
and Mulissa Egu Kebele, Chenakesn Woreda, Eastern Harer Zone, Oromia
Region.
2.
Interested and
eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bid
documents from the EECMY-DASSC and LWF/DWS-ET Office Addis Ababa
Room no. 25 or 40, Opposite to Amist Kilo Technology Faculty or
EECMY-LWF-ET/JICDP Project Office, Jijiga.
3. A
complete set of the bid documents may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidders on the submission of a written application to the
above-mentioned office upon payment of non-refundable Birr One
Hundred Fifty (150).
4. The
bid must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the bid amount in
Bank guarantee or insurance and must be delivered to EECMY-DASSC
& LWF/DWS-ET on or before June 19, 2006 at 12:00 A.M.
5.
The bids will be
opened in the presence of those bidders or duly authorized
represeatnvies who choose to attend the opening of the bids on June
21, 2006, 9:00 A.M. at LWF/DWS-ET Head Office, opposite at Amist
Kilo Technology Faculty.
6.
The Organization
reserves the right to accept or reject the bids partially or fully.
