1. Coffee
Plantation Development Enterprise (CPDE) invites interested and
eligible bidder for Consultancy Services of Management Information
System Development.
2.
The bid document shall
be obtained from Supply Department against payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Hundred Birr) during office
hours.
3.
Bidders shall be
expected to present renewed trade license and taxes registration
certificate.
4. Bid
must be accompanied by bid bond of not less than 2% of the total
price in the form of Bank Guarantee or C.P.O.
5. Bids
shall be submitted in two separated sealed envelopes i.e. one
Technical and other Financial proposal.
6.
Bid Bond shall be
presented together with the Technical proposal.
7.
Each pages of the bid
documents shall be signed and stamped.
8. Bid
documents shall be submitted before or on June 26, 2006, at 9:30
A.M. local time in Supply Department Office located in the former
Amalgamated Building (Beklobet).
9. Bid
will be opened on June 26, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. local time in the
presence of bidders or their represeatnvies at the CPDE conference
hall.
10. Late
arrival of bids will be subjected to rejection.
11. Coffee
Plantation Development Enterprise reserves the right either to
accept or to reject the whole or part of bids.
