INVITATION TO BID
To all
contractors category GC/BC class 6 and above with valid license for
this year.
1. The
Natural Gum Procession & Marketing Enterprise has fund within
the Employer’s budget to be used for the procurement of Office &
Store Building at Shire Endasilasie.
2. The
Natural Gum Procession & Marketing Enterprise invites sealed
bids from eligible bidders for GC/BC class 6 and above.
3.
Bidding will be
conducted in accordance with the open international tendering
procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the
Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.
4.
Interested eligible
bidders may obtain further information from Construction Design
Share Company and inspect the bidding documents at the address given
below at 7 (a) from 9:00 A.M. to 16:30 P.M. local time.
5.
A complete set of
bidding documents may be purchased as of Ginbot 18, 1998 by
interested bidders at the address below at 7 (b) and upon payment of
non-refundable fee of 698 BIRR.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7 (c) at or before 12:00
A.M. hrs Sene 19, 1998. All bids must be accompanied by a bid
security of Ethiopian Birr 19,000. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidders/represeatnvies who
choose to attend at the address below at 7 (d) at 14:30 P.M. hrs.
