1. The
FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA, SOMALI REGIONAL STATE
WATER RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT BUREAU has allocated fund for
alternative water source investigation that will be disbursed
according to the Ethiopian Fiscal year.
2. The
SOMALI REGIONAL STATE WATER RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT BUREAU now invites
sealed bids from pre-qualified Contractors for the Alternative Water
Source Feasibility study in fifty sites.
3. The
sites are allocated to the SOMALI REGIONAL STATE IN THE ALL ZONES OF
OUR REGION.
4. You

5. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bides upon presentation of Grade 6 and above renewed relevant
license for 1998 E.C. registration card issued from the Ministry of
Water Resources, VAT registration certificate together with write
application in the above office from the date of announcement upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty) Ethiopian Birr
only.
6.
All tenders must be
accompanied by a security of 1% of the bid amount and must be
delivered to the address named in the Instruction to bidders on or
before noon on 15 days after the announcement on The Ethiopian
Herald.
7.
Bids will be opened in
the presence of bidders or their represeatnvies who choose to attend
at 2:00 P.M. on the same day at the office of the Vice Bureau Head.
8. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject part/or all bids.
