The Institute of Biodiversity Conservation (IBC) has planned to
develop Biodiversity legislation:
Therefore, the Institute invites all eligible & experienced
consulting firms and individual consultants.
1. The
tender document can be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable Fee
of Birr 40 (Fifty) from Room No. 17 (cashier office).
2. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total bid amount
in the form of a bank guarantee or CPO.
3. Bidders
are required to submit renewed business license for the current
year.
4.
Bidders should submit
their technical & financial proposal, separately.
5.
The bid will be closed
on the 30th day of this announcement at 10:00 A.M. & will
be opened/the technical proposal only/ on the same date at 10:30
A.M. in the presence of bidders & or their legal representatives in
the Conference Room of the Institute.
6.
If the bid closing &
opening date my fall on non-working day, bid will be closed & opened
on the next working day at the stipulated time & conditions.
7.
The IBC reserves the
right to reject all or part of the bid.
