Description

Harar Brewery Sh. Co. invites eligible & competent bidders for the study of Modern Management Information System requirement analysis, design, development and implementation under the following conditions:

1.      Bidders should attach renewed & valid business license, registration certificate for the year 1998 E.C. & VAT registration certification.

2.      Bidders should collect TOR & complete tender document from A.A. coordinating office (Debre Zeit Road near Dashen Bank main Branch) upon payment of non-refundable Birr 50 (Fifty).

3.      Bids shall be accompanied with a bid bound to 2% of the bid price in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee valid for 90 days.

4.      The technical & financial proposals should be submitted into two separately sealed envelopes before the 16^th of June 2006, 4:00 P.M.

5.      The bid will be closed at 4:00 P.M. on the 16^th of June 2006 and opened at 10:00 A.M. on the 17^th of June 2006 at Harar Brewery Share Company head office Harar in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

6.      HBSCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
