1. The
Textile & Apparel Industry Institute Project has invite
sealed bids from eligible bidders of GC/BC class 1.
2. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with open international tendering
procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the
Federal Government f Ethiopian and is open to all eligible bidders.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Construction
Design Share Company and inspect the bidding documents at the
address given below at 8 (a) from 9:00 A.M. to 16:30 P.M. local
time.
4. The
bidders can only participate in one of the two lots.
5. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased as of Ginbot
21/1998 by interested eligible bidders on submission of a
Written application, VAT registration certificate, Ministry of
Infrastructure Registration certificate & Trade & Industry
Development License & Supporting Letter at eh address below at 8
(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of the amount shown
in the table.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 8 (c) at or before
12:00 A.M. hrs Sene 5, 1998. All bids must be accompanied by a bid
security of Ethiopian Birr 100,000 Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives
who choose to attend at the address below at 8 (d) at 14:30 P.M.
hrs. Sene 5, 1998.
