Re-Tender
Ethiopian Telecommunication Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids,
from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Nylon Made Umbrella,
Vision, Mission Board and Flex Banner.
1. The
tender remains floating from May 4, 2006 to May 24, 2006. Bid
documents can be obtained from ETC’s Office Room No. 207 during
office hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00
(Thirty Birr). Bidders should submit their renewed original license
& VAT certificate with copies (if they are registered) when they
come to obtain the bid document.
2.
Bidders shall furnish
as part of their bid, bid security Birr 3,000 (Thirty Three Thousand
only).
3.
The Bid bond must be
in either of the following from:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO)
issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bank guarantee from
recognized bank.
4.
Bidders who wish to
submit bid security in the form of cash are required to deposit to
our finance office before 10:00 A.M. May 25, 2006 and produce the
receipt during the bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelopes and deposit in
the box situated at ETC’s Head Office 1st floor Room No.
112 on or before May 24, 2006 until 5:30 P.M.
6.
Bid will be opened in
the presence of interested bidders or their representatives at 10:00
A.M. on May 25, 2006 at ETC’s Head Office Room No. 111.
7.
Partial bid is
allowed.
8.
The Corporation
reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bid.
