The Water Works
Construction Enterprise now invites sealed bids from eligible
contractors for ELECTRICAL and Mechanical Supply and installation
including design and construction for the following two projects:
Lot 1: Filtu Town Water Supply
Project and
Lot II: Hrgele Town Water Supply
Project
1. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
bidding documents at the office of Procurement Service of WWCE
Headquarter located in Gurd Shola or near Ararat Hotel, during the
normal working hours.
2.
A complete set of
bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders or their
local representatives upon presentation of copies of renewed trade
license, VAT & tax payer’s registration certificate, and upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 including VAT, for each
project.
3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of
the bid amount in the form of bank guarantee, C.P.O. or certified
check.
4.
Bids must be delivered
in person to WWCE in wax-sealed envelope with a statement “Not to
be opened before May 24, 2006” marked on the envelope.
Bids will be closed on or before May
23, 2006 at 5:00 P.M. local time.
Bids will be opened at 9:30 A.M.
local time on 24th May 2006, at Conference Hall of WWCE.
5.
The WWCE reserves the
right to reject partial or all bids.
