Capacity Building Bureau (CBB) has received a loan from the
International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of
Public Sector Capacity Building Program (PSCAP), District Level
Decentralization Program (DLDP), Information Communication
Technology Capacity Building Program (ICT), Tax System Reform
Program (TSRP) and Urban Municipality Capacity Building Program
(UMCP) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to
payments under the agreement (s) resulting from this IFB.
SNNPRS CBB serves as
the implementing agency for the project and now invites eligible
bidders to carry out the following training activities.
Training 300 woreda civil servants
for degree through distance in Economics, Managements, Accounting,
Political Science and International Relations (PSIR) and law.

bidders on the submission of a written application to the address
