Ethiopian Telecommunication Corporation Western Addis Ababa Zone
invites sealed bids form eligible bidders for the Procurement of
Personal Computers, Printers (Light & Heavy Duity), Photocopy
machine (Light & Heavy duity) and note counties.
1.
The tender remains
floating from May 8, 2006 to May 28, 2006. Bid documents can be
obtained from ETC’s westerns Addis Ababa Zone (near Addis Ketema
High School) 1st floor Room No. 09 during office hours
upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00 (Thirty Birr).
2.
Bidders should submit
all their relevant renewed original license & copies when they come
to obtain the bid document.
3. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, bid security Birr 5,000 (Birr
Five Thousand only).
4. The
Bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO)
issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bank guarantee from
recognized bank.
5. Bidders
who wish to submit bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to our finance office Room No. 04 before 9:30 A.M. May 30,
2006 and produce the receipt during the bid opening.
6. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated western Addis Ababa Zone First Floor Room No. 01 on
or before May 29, 2006 up to 5:30 P.M.
7. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at 10:00 A.M. on May 30, 2006 at Weaster Addis Ababa
Zone Office first floor Room No. 03.
8. Partial
bid is allowed.
9.
The Corporation
reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
