The Pharmaceuticals & Medical Supplies Import & Wholesale Share
Company (PHARMID) invites, all interested eligible bidders for the
supply of Electric Fork lift and Hydraulic Hand Pallet Trucks.
Accordingly:
1. Bidders
can collect bid documents form the Enterprise, Administration &
Manpower Dev’t Dept’s Mgr’s Office during working hours against
payment of non-refundable Birr 20 (Twenty Birr).
2. Bids
shall be submitted in wax-sealed envelope within 15 days starting
from the 1st day of announcement during working days up
to 5:00 P.M. local time.
3. Bids
must be accompanied by 2% of their total offer for bid security in
the form of bank guarantee or CPO.
4. The
Tender will be closed and opened on the 16th day in the
presence of interested bidder or their legal representatives at
10:00 and 10:30 A.M. local time repressively. If the 16th
day is a weekend & public local day bid will be closed and opened on
the next working day at the same time.
5. Bidders
should attach copies of renewed license, Ministry of Finance
Supplier Registration Certificate, and Recommendation Letter from
Inland Revenue & VAT Registration Certificate.
6. The
PHARMID reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
