1. Awassa Agricultural Development Enterprise (AADE) invites sealed bids from suitable experienced consultant firms for computerization of AADE Accounts.
2. Interested bidders may obtain information bidding documents at Awassa Agricultural Development Enterprise (AADE).

-          The enterprise reserves the right to reject the bids.

3. A bidding documents may be purchased by any interested bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 30 (Thirty).
4. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less then 2% of the total bid amount in the form of CPO or certified check & must be delivered to AADE Office at Awassa before the closing time & date.
5. Bidders will be responsible for delivering their bids on or before the deadline shown above to the address specified in clause 4 above.
6. Bids will be closed at 2:00 P.M. on May 18, 2006 at AADE Office Awassa.
7. Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 2:15 P.M. on May 18, 2006 at AADE Office Awassa.
