Notice of Invitation for the
Consultancy Service for
The Revision of Jijiga Dev’t plan project
-
The Somali Regional
Transport Industry Urban Dev’t and Investment Coordination Bureau
has allotted sufficient budget towards the cost of consultancy
services for the revision of Jijiga town dev’t plan project. The
Work mainly covers preparation of the expansion plan as revision
of that expansion area of Jijiga plan project which will be
instrument for the next decade for the dev’t of the town.

The Somali Regional
Trade, Transport, Industry, Urban Dev’t and Investment
Coordination Bureau invites all registered local consultants with
their professional and trade licenses and VAT registration
certificates renewed at least for 1997 Ethiopian fiscal year.

Interested
consultants may obtain further information and collect the request
for proposal documents from: The Somali Regional Trade, Transport,
Industry, Urban Dev’t and Investment, Room No. 8 of the Ground
Floor, Fax-Tel.025 772 553.
- The REP can be
purchased as of May 8, 2006 on presentation of the documents
required under (2) above and submission of written application to
the head of the Urban Dev’t and Investment Department and upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 150 made payable
to the bureau aforementioned.
- The proposals
for the subject should be prepared in one original and four copies
and must be submitted to the Bureau Heads Office, Trade,
Transport, Urban Dev’t and Investment Coordination Bureau, P.O.
Box 244, Ethiopia, Tel. 0257 72 553 on or before May 16, 2006 at
3:00.
- The proposal
will be opened immediately after the closing time for submission
in the presence of regional contract Award committee and
consultants representatives who wish to attend.
- A proposal,
which is received late will not be considered.
- Trade,
Transport, Industry, Urban Development and Investment Coordination
Bureau reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
