1. The Federal Inland Revenue Authority has funds within the Employer’s budget to be used for the procurement of Roof maintenance, Plastering and Painting.
2. The Federal Inland Revenue Authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders of GC/BC Class 5 and above for the provision of Roof Maintenance, Plastering and Painting.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open international tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Construction Design Share Company and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7 (a) from 9:00 A.M. to 16:30 P.M. local time.
5. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased as of Maizia 30/1998 by interested bidders at the address below at 7 (b) and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 465.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at (c) at or before 12:00 A.M. hrs Ginbot 29/1998. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 5000. Late bids must be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7 (d) at 14:30 P.M. on Ginbot 29/1998.
