1.
The Somali
Regional Trade, Transport, Industry, Urban Development and
investment coordination bureau invites all eligible contractors of
category of GC class 3 and above who is financially and technically
capable to the equipment & machinery, labor & technical professions
for GODEY & K/DAHAR towns development plan implementation
project.
2.
The bid document can be purchased from the bureau at office
No. 8 at Jijiga, starting from the announcement date upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Ethiopia Birr 200 for the bid documents
of the towns.
3.
Bids should be submitted with one original and two copies of
the original, bid documents with all entries to be wax-sealed under
separate envelopes. Bid documents must be delivered to the Trade,
Transport, Industry, Urban Development & Investment Bureau
Department of Urban Development No. 8 on or before May 10, 2006.
4.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the
bid amount in the form of cash, bank guarantee, insurance guarantee
or certified check (CPO)
5.
Bids will be opened soon after their submission 8 working
days of the announcement at 2:00 P.M. in the presence of bidders or
their legal representatives who want to attend the opening ceremony
at Somali Regional Trade, Transport, Industry, Urban Development &
Investment Coordination Bureau Office No. 1.
6.
Bidders are requested to fill, sign and seal all the forms of
the bid documents. Failure of this instruction is automatic
rejection.
7.
Bidders must be VAT registered and have certificate.
8.
All bids must include Value Added ax (VAT) on the summary of
price.
9.
The employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
