The Federal
Ministry of Health invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the
construction of 3-quarantine office in three regions. i.e.

Oromia region…………….in

region……………...in Dewale town
Contractors of
category BC/GC 5 and above are eligible to bid:

The bidders are
required to provide a valid trade license from the appropriate
government body and proof of registration from the Ministry of
Infrastructure, for the current fiscal year and also VAT
registration certificate from the Ministry of Inland Revenue.

The bidders can
purchase the bidding documents from Federal Ministry of Health,
Tender Office, Room No. 3.1 upon payment of a non-refundable fee
of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) for each site.

The bid must be
accompanied by a bid security of 5,000 Birr (Five Thousand Birr)
in a freely convertible currency and shall be delivered to the
Ministry of Health, tender office, Room No. 3.1, 31 May 2006
before 2:00 P.M. for each site and will be opened on the same date
at 2:30 P.M. at the conference hall of the Federal Ministry of
Health in the presence of the bidders.

The bidders shall
seal the original and all copies of the bid in two inner envelopes
and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as
“Original” and “Copies” and writing the following address on the
envelope.
