National
Tobacco Enterprise (Eth) S.Co. invites eligible & competent bidders
for the supply of 5 pce 185 CC motorcycles under the following
conditions:
- Bidders
should produce original and copies of registration certificate and
trade license renewed for the year 1998 E.C., VAT registration
certificate & a certificate for participation in bids.
- Bidders
should collect tender document from company’s Local Purchase
Division upon payment of non-refundable Birr 20 (Twenty).
- Bids shall
be accompanied with a bid bond amount to 15 of the bid price in
the form of C.P.O. or Bank guarantee valid for 90 days.
- The
technical and financial proposals (original & copies) should be
submitted in two separately sealed envelopes marked “Technical
proposal”, respectively. All documents should be signed and
sealed.
- Bids should
be submitted to the Company’s archive office not later than June
8, 2006, 2:30 P.M. (local time).
- The
technical proposals shall be opened on the same date at 2:45 P.M.
& the financial proposals shall be opened after the result of the
technical proposals will be known.
- NTE reserves
the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
