Construction Tender
- Tendaho
Sugar Project invites qualified contractors category GC/BC class 5
and above with relevant experience, renewed license, VAT and
Ministry of Works and Urban Development Registration Certification
valid for the year 1998 E.C. to submit sealed tenders for the
supply of all the necessary construction materials, equipment and
manpower and for the construction of the following buildings at
the newly acquired site at Dubti in the Tendaho Agricultural
Development Enterprise compound.
- A jaggery
sugar (Raw Sugar) Processing Plant Building
- A store for
the produced jaggery sugar,
- A combined
office and canteen building,
- A combined
workshop and diesel power plant building
- Hot water
treatment open shade and a small control room,
- A shower and
toilet building
- Maintenance
and modification of existing office and guest house building
- Tenders may
obtain bid documents starting from the date of publication of this
notice until May 30, 2006 against payment of non-refundable fee of
Birr 800 (Birr Eight hundred) to the project office.

- Tenderers
are required to fill the different bid submission forms provided
with the tender document as per bid instructions, sign and put
official seal, place the original, bid bond and copies in one
envelope, write down name and address of the project and insert
same in the box provided at the above address until May 30, 2006,
4:00 hours in the afternoon.
- The tender
will be opened the next day, May 31, 2006 at 9:00 hours in the
morning, in the presence of tenderers or their legal
representatives.
- Tendaho
Sugar Project reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
