1. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open international
tendering procedures contained in the public procurement
proclamation of the Gov’t of the FDRE.
2.
A complete and detail set of bidding documents prepared in
English can be purchased by interested and qualified bidders at the
address below (a) upon payment of a non-refundable fee Birr 200.00
or in equivalent amount in convertible currency The method of
payment will be in cash.
3. The
tender document will be sent by any means and have to be delivered
to MOND-CPD procurements office No. 104 Block No. 16 in the bid box
available up to the deadline for the bid submission. No liability
will be accepted for loss or late delivery of bid documents.
4.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at (b) at or
before 9:00 A.M. December 19, 2006. All bids must be accompanied by
a bid security in USD or equivalent amount in convertible currency
in the form of bank guaranty or CPO from certified Ethiopian Bank.
Bid Security regarding to Tender No. 1/2/7&9 should be 30,000.00
USD; For Tender No. 3/4/5 & 8 USD 4,000.00 and for Tender No. 6 USD
7,500.00.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or legal
representatives who choose to attend at the address below at (b) at
9:30 A.M. December 19, 2006.

Bidders should attach copy of there Legal Authorization such
as Trade License or Incorporate Certificate or Manufacturer license
with bid document.
7.
NOND-CPD has right to reject or accept this bid partially or
fully.
