Re-Invitation
The Amhara National Regional State Education Bureau has made
amendment for the invitation to bid floated on The Ethiopian Herald
issued on September 19 & 20, 2006. VOL. LXIII-No. 007 & 008 for
provision of consultancy service for Design contract administration
and supervision for two Teachers Education colleges at Deber Tabor &
Woldia towns.
Therefore the previous invitation to bid is amended & replaced by
this re-invitation to bid as follows.
To
consulting Architects & Engineers category III and above whose
license is valid for the year 2006.
1. The
Amhara National Regional State Education Bureau now invites sealed
Pre-qualification and tender document from eligible bidders for
provision of Design, Contract Administration and Supervision Service
for Two Teacher Education College at Debre Tabour and Welida Towns.
2. Interested
eligible bidders can obtain both pre-qualification and Tenders
document on submission of a written application with trade license,
VAT registration & Tax payers registration certificates and evidence
indicating that the bidders has performed tax paying obligation from
Federal or Regional Inland Revenue to the above mentioned office
started from October 15, 1999 E.C. upon payment of non-refundable
Birr 25 (Twenty Five).
3. Both
the pre-qualification and financial documents should be in separate
envelopes and must be accompanied by a bid security 1% of the bid
price by CPO, Certified cheque, and Bank guaranty
4. Both
the pre-qualification and tender or financial documents must be
delivered to ANRS Education Bureau on or before 2:00 P.M. on
November 5, 1999 E.C.
5. Pre-qualification
documents envelopes will be opened in the presence of bidders or
representatives who choose to attend on the same date and place at
2:30 P.M.
6. The
ANRS Education Bureau reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
