For Procurement of file folders and related materials

1.      The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a credit from the International development Association toward the cost of Public Sector Capacity Building Project (PSCAP) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the contract for the procurement of file folders and related materials.

3.       Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Head of the department of Research and Studies of the Supreme Court of Oromia: Ato Urgessa Genemo, Office No. 07, Email and inspect the bidding documents at the address below:

4.      Qualification requirements include: National bidders should have a valid and renewed business license from the Ministry of Trade and Industry or equivalent regional bureaus, and Value Added Tax (VAT) registration of the current year. Additional details are provided in the bidding documents.

5.      A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by the interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee 50 Eth. Birr.

The method of payment will be cash on site.

6.      Bids must be delivered to the address below until Decembers 06/12/2006. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders bidders’ represeatnvies who choose to present in person at 2:00 P.M. on 06/12/2006. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 8,000 in certified bank check (CPO).

8.     The offer should be valid for 60 days from the date submission date.

9.      The prices should be quoted in Birr the currency of Ethiopia.

10.  Unless otherwise specified in the special conditions of contract, alternative bids shall not be considered.

11.  The bidders shall submit the bid submission from using the form furnished in section V. The price schedule form shall be used for quoting the prices. Both the forms shall be signed by the Authorized Signatory of the bidder.
