2^nd Invitation

To all contractors of category GC/BC class 5 and above with license valid for year.

1.      The International Islamic Relief Organization (IIRO) Ethiopian Office now invites wax-sealed bids from eligible bidders for furnishing the necessary labor, materials and equipments for the Construction and completion of Children’s village to be located at Semera.

2.      Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from, and inspect the bidding document at, the office of Kamani Studio, Architects and Consulting Engineers, P.O. Box No. 1265, Telephone 01 11 22 21 95, Addis Ababa.

3.      A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of non-refundable Birr 900. Additional set of documents may be purchased each at the same price.

4.      All bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in an acceptable form, 1% of the bid amount, and must be delivered to International Islamic Relief Organization (IIRO), Ethiopia Office Telephone 01 12 70 79 17, Addis Ababa on or before 12:00 hours on 2^nd May 2007. Bid validity required is 90 days.

5.      Bids will be opened in the presence of those bidders/representatives who choose to attend on the same date at 14:00 hours at the main office of International Islamic Relief Organization (IIRO), Ethiopia Office, Addis Ababa.

6.      The employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
