The MoARD has received a loan from the International Fund for
Agricultural Development (IFAD) towards the cost of Agricultural
Marketing Improvement Programme (AMIP), which is a National
Programme covering 200 woredas in six Programme Regions. It is
intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to
eligible payments under the contract for Consultancy Service for
socio-economic baseline survey.
The MOARD now invites consultants in providing the service.
Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they
are qualified to perform the serviced (description of similar
assignment, experience of the key personnel in similar services with
their CV, etc
A
consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set
out by rules and regulations of IFAD.
Description of the assignment (Terms of Reference-TOR) and bidding
document can be obtained from the office below.
Interested eligible consulting firms can submit their financial and
technical proposal in a separate envelope with their license to the
address below on or before May 10, 2007 at 10:00 A.M.
