SECOND CALL
To
all contractors of category GC/BC class 6 and above with
renewed-license valid for the year 1999 E.C. and summary
registration in the Tigray Region of Industry, Trade and Transport.
Tigray Regional Health Bureau has received a Capital budget from
Government for the expansion and maintenance work of Adwa,
Mekelle and Dansha Hospitals and now invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders GC/BC class 6 and above for Adwa for Adwa and
Mekelle and GC/BC class 5 and above for Dansha hospitals for
providing the necessary labor, materials and equipment for the
construction and completion of the above project in Tigray Regional
Sate
1. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidders on the submission of a written application to the
office of Tigray Regional Health Bureau and upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred Birr) for each
project from April 10, 2007 up to May 03, 2007.
Additional set of documents may be purchased at the same price.
2. Bidders
may obtain further information from, and inspect the acquire the
bidding documents, at the above office Tel. 04 40 02 19.
3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CPO or
Bank Guarantee of 1% of the bid amount and must be submitted on or
before 14:00 hours May 03,
2007.
4. Bids
will be opened and read in the presence of bidders or their
authorized representatives who choose to attend on the same date and
place at 14:30
at the office of Tigray Regional Health Bureau.
5. All
contractors must have Value Added Tax (VAT) and TIN registration
certificate.
6. The
construction of the project shall be completed within a maximum of
120 calendar days for Mekelle and Adwa hospitals and 350 calendar
days for Dansha
Hospital from the commencement of
the work.
7. Bidders
are requested to fill all the necessary details in the schedules.
8.
Bidders are requested to submit 1 original document & 2 of
its copies separately.
9.
Bidders categorized under GC/BC 6 are allowed to win only one
project.
10. The
Bureau reserves the right or rejects any or all bids
