Bole Printing
Enterprise invites all interested eligible bidders for the supply of
Paper as per the bid document.
Accordingly,
1. Bidders
can collect bid documents from the Enterprise, Commercial Department
during working hours against payment of non-refundable Birr 30
(Thirty Birr only).
2. Bids
shall be submitted in wax-sealed envelopes within 20 consecutive
days starting from the 2nd day of announcement during
working days up to 5:00 P.M. local time.
3. Bid
must be accompanied by a 2% pf their total offer for bid security in
the form of Bank guarantee, insurance guarantee, or certified
cheque.
4. The
tender will be closed & opened on the 21st day in the
presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives at
10:00 & 10:30 A.M. local time respectively. If the 21st
day is a weekend or public holiday, the bid will be closed & opened
on the next working day at the same time.
Bidders should attached copies of
renewed license, Ministry of Finance supplier registration
certificate, recommendation letter from Inland Revenue & VAT
registration certificate.
5. The
Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
