1. The
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise/E.A.E/ has planned establishing a
state of the art modern and integrated management information
system/MIMIS/in its head office here in Addis Ababa.
2. E.A.E.
hereby invited local companied who are have sound experience in
complete system development and/or customization to give their
offers.
3.
Bidders should present renewed licensee for the current
budget year, VAT registration evidence and registration certificate
from Ministry of Finance and Economic Development for which they are
registered on the suppliers list to submit their proposals.
4.
A complete set of the RFP can be purchased by interested
bidders from Ethiopian Airports Enterprise head office Finance
Department, cashier’s office during working hours, upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr).
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 20,000 (Twenty
Thousand Birr) in the form of C.P.O. or Bank guarantee along with
their offer.
6. Wax-sealed
envelopes containing an original and a copy of offer and
qualification documents shall be delivered to E.A.E. purchasing &
Logistics Administration Department on or before May 10, 2007 up to
10:00 A.M. and will be opened
on the same date and time. Late bids will be rejected.
7.
The bid document shall be submitted as follows:
7.1.
The original and copy of the financial proposal shall be
sealed in separate envelopes and marked “original, financial
proposal” and” copy of financial proposal” respectively.
7.2.
The original and a copy of the technical document shall be
sealed in separate envelopes and marked “Original technical
document” and “copy of technical document” respectively.
7.3.
The bid security will be sealed in separate envelope marked
bid security.
8. Technical
envelops of bidders shall be opened in the presence of bidders
representatives who choose to attend at the E.A.E. head office
Conference Room.
9. Financial
proposal envelopes of bidders who pass the technical criteria shall
be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives after
evaluation of technical is completed.

The Ethiopian Airports Enterprise reserves the right to
reject any or all bids.
